Governments should protect people from gambling harm, not prioritise the profits of the gambling industry.
We know the NSW Labor Government has failed to stop skyrocketing gambling harm in our communities.
NSW residents are on track to lose $10 billion every year to gambling. Gambling harm is stripping local communities of their wealth and their wellbeing, and thousands of families are left picking up the pieces.
Under the current Labor Government, the number of pokies increased by almost 1,000 across NSW. The government is also giving more than $1 billion in tax concessions to poker machine operators this year.
We're pushing the government to commit to urgent gambling reform to get pokies out of pubs and clubs, to ban gambling advertising and more.

To the NSW Premier, we call on you to put people before gambling profits and:
1. Work with pubs and clubs to phase out pokies and ultimately restrict them to casinos
2. Introduce mandatory cashless gaming with harm-minimisation protections
3. Power down the pokies every night from midnight to 10 am
4. Introduce a pokies super profits tax beginning with 50% on all poker machine profits. Use this fund to support local community infrastructure and replace the ClubGRANTS scheme
5. Work with the federal government to ban gambling advertising
