Are you a renter with a rental property horror story? 

The housing market in the Inner West and across Australia is broken. Rents continue to rise at astronomical rates, meanwhile, renters are often left in appalling conditions - dealing with black mould, broken appliances, or worse. Others are left facing unfair evictions - forcing them into a rental market with historically low vacancy rates and unforgiving rents.

I believe the health of our community should come first which is why I’m calling on the NSW Government to support retrofitting the filtration.

That is why it so disappointing that the new Labor minority government is going ahead with the former government's controversial $500 million redevelopment plans next month despite strong community concerns. 

The Glebe Ferry provides our community with a beautiful daily commute between the CBD and Blackwattle Bay, and was won thanks to a huge community campaign over many years. 

That is why it was so disappointing that the minister did not respond to our calls for a replacement ferry service whilst maintenance works were undertaken recently.
